An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Aberglasney department at Glangwili General Hospital for a Colposcopy/ Waiting List Coordinator.
The role is primarily responsible for the administration of the waiting lists for patients requiring appointments and gynaecology procedures.
The Aberglasney department undertake outpatient appointments and procedures in house, such as Colposcopy, Hysteroscopy and Polypectomy.
Main duties of the job
Working in a busy office you will be responsible for the administration and organisation of gynaecological outpatient waiting lists.
As first point of contact within the office you will have strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills. With a friendly and resourceful nature, you will be able to prioritise your workload and will deal with sensitive and delicate issues.
You will support the Aberglasney suite staff to achieve excellent team work.
