Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 5 MONTHS UNTIL 27/12/2025 DUE TO SECONDMENT.

We are looking for a highly motivated and suitably experienced individual to join the Medical Recruitment Team in Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
The post involves working to provide support for managers and appointees throughout the recruitment and selection process using a range of electronic workforce information systems.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be part of a small team and will assist in ensuring the recruitment processes within their area are efficient, effective and safe. Working with a variety of stakeholders you will need to hold the Health Board values at the centre of your day-to-day transactions.
This opportunity comes at an exciting time for the recruitment function as we work towards transforming the recruitment pathway to ensure a personalised service for all stakeholders.
The successful candidate will need to have previous administrative and/or customer service experience as well as excellent communication skills.
