Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a midwife who is passionate about infant feeding.

Ability to travel in a timely manner between rural sites where there is limited or no public transport.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for providing specialist infant feeding support and advice to women and birthing people.

You will be instrumental with leading the strategic vision and have continuing responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and standard setting in relation to infant feeding and ensure all maternity staff provide up to date infant feeding and advice in relation to UNICEF, WHO , BFI and National standards.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
