Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, diligent and solutions focused individual to join the Medical Recruitment Team based at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.
You will be required to work flexibly within the Medical Recruitment Team whilst supporting the Medical Recruitment Advisor and Senior Recruitment Advisor in delivering an efficient, effective, and safe recruitment process for SAS and Resident Doctors.
Working with a variety of stakeholders, you will need to hold the Health Board values at the centre of your day to day transactions.
Main duties of the job
The recruitment function has the ambition to transform the recruitment pathway, ensuring a personalised service is provided to all engaged.
The successful applicant will need to be person centred, with a shared ambition to deliver the objectives to all.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
