An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic individual to join our team of Cooks at Withybush General Hospital. The post is 1 x 30 hours per week Monday to Sunday.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to be able to work as part of a team producing high quality meals for patients, staff and visitors in a busy kitchen. Being flexible to the needs of the service and previous experience in preparing special dietary needs would be an advantage for this post but not essential as training will be given.Candidates must have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent , plus basic Food Hygiene certificateWe offer good rates of pay with enhanced weekend rates, pensionand an attractive holiday package.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
