Main duties of the job
Main duties of the job include assisting the Recruitment Campaign Specialist on a range of recruitment campaigns across the Health Board, and supporting a range of recruitment activities including the identification, development and delivery of recruitment campaigns across Hywel Dda University Health Board.
You will also support the Recruitment Campaigns Specialist with:
- Planning, implementation and delivery of specific recruitment projects as required by the service.
- Administration, coordination, planning, monitoring and reporting on recruitment campaigns.
- Content creation for recruitment campaigns.
- Organisation, planning and promotion of recruitment events.
- Identifying opportunities to increase retention and employee engagement within the organisation.
The ability to communicate in Welsh (Level 3) is essential for this post. As part of the interview you will be asked to participate in a brief assessment.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 12,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
