Clinical Fellow - General Medicine

We currently have exciting opportunities for highly motivated junior doctors to join us at Bronglais Hospital in Aberystwyth.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to participate in providing, a service to the hospital and community so designated with responsibility for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of illness with your Consultant.

Supervision of all admissions to the Wards, Clinical investigation, diagnosis and treatment of all patients admitted. The duties also involve maintaining patient's clinical notes and discharge summaries. The post holder undertakes exceptionally to perform additional duties in occasional emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.

The post holder will participate in regular audit meetings and postgraduate teaching sessions held by the appropriate Consultants.
