Job summary

We are looking for the right candidate to join the Transformation Programme Office team.

You will be providing administrative support to a wide range of Transformation projects and as well as to team members within the Strategy and Planning Directorate. The post holder will play an important role in arranging and servicing meetings, ensuring projects and programmes run in a timely and co-ordinated manner.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive project support to the Transformation Programme Office showing a degree of initiative and an ability to organise their day to day workload and the work of the Delivery programmes of the Healthier Mid & West Wales Strategy.

Support joint working across Directorates, Health Board and key stakeholders for projects to ensure review, action and grip on delivery of service change and project delivery plans.

Support development and delivery of robust project arrangements to ensure issues raised in project / programme groups meetings are actioned and / or fed back to the appropriate senior officers supporting the project / programme.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
