Job summary

This is a fixed term/secondment post until 30.09.2024.

The post holder will be self-motivated and hard working with a flexible approach to work.

This post is responsible for setting up and maintaining the framework that underpins the Electronic Staff Record enabling payroll and HR functions, and act as System Administrator leading the provision of corporate Workforce Information and analytics.

Main duties of the job

Oversee the full benefits realisation of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) including continued adoption of Manager, Administrator and Employee Self-Service and the preparation for ESR Transformation workstreams.

Establish systems to plan and monitor progress against agreed objectives and performance standards and report as required.

Provides specialist support and advice as well as managing, supervising and developing the team.

Development of a strategic plan for the full implementation and development of ESR, including interfaces to other workforce information systems in conjunction with the Senior Workforce Manager.

Manage and support the development of high quality workforce intelligence to support workforce planning, talent management and service management.

Ensure Data quality is of the highest standard, manage regular audits, reviews and monitoring processes to ensure compliance with information governance and national workforce data sets.
