Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Early Years Nutrition Co-ordinator, working in Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. This is a part-time post working 18.75 hours. and would like to divide the hours between two people so that we appoint a person for each county.

Main duties of the job

This post is primarily focused on infant feeding support and training for the Health Visiting workforce. It will include the co-ordination and support of the Baby Friendly Champions in each County.

The Health Visiting Service has recently been successful in gaining re-accreditation with the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards and the post holder will take the lead role in maintaining our accreditation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
