An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator for Bank Office to support the invoicing process.
Main responsibilities include invoice checking; ensuring correct hours and pay rates, dealing with pay queries from bank staff and agencies, working as part of a team to support training and induction of bank staff, managing a busy central mailbox, and dealing with queries and escalating any issues.The successful candidate will have demonstrable organisational skills, be computer literate and have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Working independently and/or with a team is required.This is a full-time post and full training will be given.
Main duties of the job
Respond to routine enquiries of a customer service or administrative nature within pre-defined limits, referring anything of a more complex nature to senior staff.
To deal with all enquiries effectively and responsively, deciding upon appropriate follow-up action.
To check and validate the entries on worker time sheets and agency invoices against the bank electronic system.
To check the authenticity and validity of documents supplied by prospective employees, in particular documents associated with pre-employment checks.
To deal with incoming/outgoing mail in accordance with the workplace procedures.
