Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Staff Nurse to work as part of the Multi-disciplinary Team on St Non Ward, Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.

The role will be to assess, plan and deliver excellent care for individuals with Mental Health needs on a 15 bedded Older Adult Acute Admission Ward.

Full and part time hours will be considered. Registered Nurses are also welcomed to apply.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to work a shift pattern, including night duty, to ensure that patients are supported with their physical, psychological and social needs across a 24/7 period. You will lead in the assessment process in relation to delivering appropriate and skilled interventions.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
