This is a fixed term/ secondment vacancy until 30/06/2024.

This fixed term post covers a period of service transformation in response to the changing needs of people with a Learning Disability and Learning Disability Strategic Action Plan.
The Learning Disabilities Service in Hywel Dda are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead and advise on the development of clinical pathways, and the service specification that will be coproduced with individuals that have lived experience, carers and partner organisations.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will require a high level of communication skills. They will provide leadership in terms of providing expertise on the clinical development of the workforce and service improvements to meet the needs of people who are cared for by the Learning Disabilities service in Hywel Dda.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board is the planner and provider of NHS healthcare services for people in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and its bordering counties. Our 11,000 members of staff provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services for around 384,000 people across a quarter of the landmass of Wales.
