Job summary

We currently have 2 vacancies for Soft Facilities Management Supervisors who would be responsible for the supervision of cleaning and housekeeping services at Withybush General Hospital, and the surrounding community premises in Pembrokeshire.

Post 1 is permanent, 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

Post 2 is permanent - 37.5 hours working 5 days out of 7, on a rota.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and committed individuals who are hardworking, motivated, forward thinking and innovative.

The post is demanding and the ideal candidate will have relevant experience of large scale cleaning operations. A relevant qualification such as the City and Guilds 7643would be an advantage and willingness to study to this level will be an essential requirement. The successful candidates will be required to work between the hours of 7am and 10pm and the ability to work flexibly as required will be essential.

The post holder will need to be flexible to work wherever the demand is within the Hotel Facilities Department.

Numerous locations providing mental health and learning disabilities services;

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
