Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Midwife to work within the Ceredigion Community Team providing all aspects of Midwifery care for women and their families in the community setting.You will be key in providing and increasing Midwifery Led Care and promoting home births and supporting the Obstetric Led Care Unit at Bronglais General Hospital.

You will also be the co-ordinator of care for high risk pregnancies working closely with the multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a high quality seamless service.

This is a permanent, full time position (37.5 hours a week) vacancy.

Main duties of the job

Highly specialised and tertiary services commissioned by the Welsh Health Specialised Services Committee, a joint committee representing seven health boards across Wales.
