Job summary
We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to work in the MH/LD CHC Team within PTHB. This is a dynamic work environment and so the successful applicant will be flexible, organised, work with a high degree of accuracy and have a keen eye for detail.
Main duties of the job
Provide a comprehensive clerical and administrative support service.
Communicate and exchange complex, sensitive information across the organisation both internally and externally, utilising positive interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Provide a range of clerical and administrative service as directed, including receipting and processing invoices and database management.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
