Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality endoscopy care. Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a skilled and motivatedEndoscopy Co-ordinatorto lead and manage our endoscopy services across PTHB sites. This is a job share Band 7 leadership role.
Main duties of the job
- Lead the day-to-day management of the endoscopy unit, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Provide specialist clinical leadership and support to nursing and support staff.
- Oversee rostering, training, recruitment, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Health Board policies, clinical governance, and national guidelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders to meet service demand and Welsh Government waiting time targets.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and patient-centred care.
