Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) is committed to delivering excellence through continuous improvement. We have adopted theModel for Improvementas our standardised approach to Quality Improvement (QI), and we are seeking a passionate and skilledQuality Improvement Facilitatorto join our team.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver formal QI training sessions to staff across all levels and professions.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to staff undertaking QI projects, guiding them through each stage using proven methods and techniques.
- Assist in the development of engaging training materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Support the creation and implementation of project and improvement plans within the Directorate of Improvement and Transformation.

Main duties of the job
- Deliver a range of training sessions to all levels of staff on QI approaches and methodology.
- Support the development of project/improvement plans for the delivery of specific projects within the Improvement andTransformation Team for implementation across the Health Board.
- Support individuals and team to undertake improvement projects using robust improvement methodologies.
