An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) to work as part of our dedicated team within the Adult Acute Inpatient service on Felindre Ward, Bronllys.
Main duties of the job
The unit provides assessment, treatment and stabilization of patients with serious mental health problems. Felindre ward is a 16 bed and 2 emergency bed acute admission ward for adults (18 -65 years old) who suffer with serious mental health problems and covers the Powys catchment area.
The successful candidate must have an interest in acute inpatient care and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment. Have good communication skills and show willingness to develop in the position of staff nurse.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this position; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
