Job summary
We are looking for a Service Lead for our Smoking Cessation Team. It is a key role which involves leading the planning and delivery of an effective community service across Powys, including managing a team of smoking advisors. It also requires working in partnership to support and ensure high quality delivery of a broad range of smoking cessation services, aligned to Welsh Government's 'Help Me Quit' (HMQ) programme, including HMQ Hospital, HMQ Baby and HMQ Pharmacy. Effective collaborative working with key partners and stakeholders within Powys is essential to ensure delivery on Welsh Government smoking cessation targets, in order to reduce smoking prevalence and improve health and wellbeing in the Powys population.We would love to hear from you if you are:

Main duties of the job

They will need to demonstrate that they are dynamic and inspirational, who will be proactive in leading the smoking cessation service in Powys to support smokers to quit.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
