An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the newly appointed Chief Pharmacist and the wider Medicines Management Senior Team at Powys Teaching Health Board. We are looking for a highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual to provide high-level administrative support.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure the smooth running of the team's activities. You will be a key point of contact, handling confidential information with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to adapt to changing priorities in a busy environment.
