Job summary
The Communications Officer will be responsible for the communications service for Online CBT, which will include co-ordinating the communication and the exchange of information, news, and best practice for the Online CBT Team.Responsible for digital and social media within the Engagement andCommunication Team, managing the websites and social media for PTHB and the Online CBT project.Responsible for providing communications advice and support to all of theOnline CBT infrastructure groups, which includes a wide range of stakeholders.Be the Communications and Marketing Lead within the Engagement andCommunication Team for the national roll out of on-line Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (on-line CBT) project.Build professional relationships with other Health Boards, Welsh Government, external stakeholders for the project.Lead the website and social media within the Engagement and Communications Team.Support the Assistant Director (Engagement and Communication) withcommunication commissioning relationships with Health Boards and Trusts across Wales (e.g., in relation to major service change programmes, servicequality issues).Support the Communications Manager with internal and externalcommunications
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an experienced Communications Officer to join our small team here at Powys Teaching Health Board.
You will mostly managing the SilverCloud Wales programme, managing all promotion for this on-line therapy system across Wales. You will be engaging and liaising with organisations across Wales to encourage referral and self-referral.
In addition you will support the Communications and Engagement team with other activity across Powys.
While the ability to travel is beneficial; there is an option for this post to work from home or other location if necessary.
SilverCloud Wales currently has funding until the end of 2024 and this post is funded for the same period.
