The Practice Nurse will work as part of the Primary Healthcare Team providing Personal Medical
Services to the patients of practice
Main duties of the job
Due to retirement, a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated Practice Nurse Manager.
In addition to carrying out clinical nursing practice at an advanced level, the successful candidate will be responsible for;
Leadership and clinical supervision of the nursing team
Development, implementation and evaluation of new services
Ensuring clinical practices comply with policies and procedures
Promoting development, mentorship and training of the nursing team
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of nursing care
Ensuring compliance with CG framework
Collecting data for audit purposes and ensure audit requirements are achieved
The hours will be negotiable and salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
