An exciting opportunity has arisen foran enthusiasticandorganisedindividualto work in our Neurodevelopmental team,based inWrexham.Thefull-time(1.0 WTE)Band 6postwillinvolveworking with children and young peopleand their families withNeurodevelopmental conditions.
You will work in theEast Neurodevelopmental Servicewhichcovers Wrexham and FlintshireinNorth Wales. The serviceoffers Neurodevelopmental assessment services to children and young people.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will contribute their specialist knowledge and clinical experience to the neurodevelopmental team, supporting the assessment and management of the needs of young people.They will becompletingNeurodevelopmental assessments andpersonal strengths and needsprofiles. You will havepreviousknowledge or experience of working with children or young people with a ND profile.You will haveenthusiasm andskills to supportservicedevelopmentand contribute on a range of projects to ensure a co-ordinated service provision under the supervision of Band 7 colleagues.You willinterface witha range of other services, working collaboratively to support children, youngpeopleand their families.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
