Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for a an enthusiastic and reliable laboratory support workers to join our busy team in the Cellular Pathology department at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, near Rhyl, in North Wales. Applications are invited from candidates with a keen interest in laboratory work, a desire to develop new key skills and an aim to be part of a committed team who are endeavouring to improve our services in order to deliver the best possible patient care. Some knowledge or experience of laboratory work would be an advantage but is not essential as specific training and competencies to meet the job requirements will be given. If you are enthusiastic, enjoy a challenge are willing to go the extra mile and have an eye for detail then this could be the role you are looking for.

This is not a biomedical scientist role or a trainee biomedical scientist position.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
