The closing date is 13 October 2025

Job summary

We're looking for a capable, proactive and innovative Community Business Manager to support the Community Nursing Teams in Conwy & Denbighshire.

You'll be responsible for providing operational and performance management support to the service, ensuring that the CIVICA scheduling system is populated with accurate data, generating reports, identifying areas of development and improvement and ensuring timely reporting to the Health Board and Welsh Government.
