A position has arisen for the post of Registered Nurse within The Quay Health Centre, Connah's Quay. The post its a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The team consists of nursing staff, HCA, domestics and administrative staff who work work together to provide high levels of patient care. The team are flexible in their approach to all aspects of patient care always putting patient needs first.
Main duties of the job
The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidenced-based nursing care, working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
Assist in the management and organisation of their clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
The team consists of nursing staff, HCSW, domestics and administrative staff who work work together to provide high levels of patient care. The team are flexible in their approach to all aspects of patient care always putting patient needs first.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
