Integrated Concerns Administrator

Job summary

The post holder will provide efficient, effective secretarial and administrative services to the Integrated Concerns Team.

The Integrated Concerns Hub brings together the Patient Safety Team, Patient and Carer Experience Team and Clinical Effectiveness Team into one virtual collaboration, will support data sharing and triangulation and a single function for commencing Learning Investigations.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity is available to join the new integrated concerns team. We are looking for a hard-working individual to join our busy team. The role will support Patient Safety Team, Patient and Carer Experience Team and Clinical Effectiveness Team with administrative duties ensuring that the patient is fundamentally at the heart of everything. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
