Job summary
The Speech and Language Therapy Department based in Conwy and Denbighshire (Central Area BCUHB) are looking for experienced Speech and Language Therapy Assistants and/or Speech and Language Therapy Students to join our bank team.
The post holder will provide intervention to children of all ages in a range of settings.
The therapy intervention plan will be written and overseen by a Speech and Language Therapist. Robust support and supervision will be provided by members of our friendly team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Speech and Language Therapy Assistants and/or Speech and Language Therapy students (at any stage in their studies) to work flexibly whilst gaining experience of delivering therapy.
Shifts will be in pre-agreed blocks of time to support the provision of a block of intervention (according to the needs of the children). Shifts in holiday time (out of term time) will be available.
