Community Staff Nurse - Health Visiting

Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Community Staff Nurse to work within our Generic multi-disciplinary team based in the Flintshire Area . The post holder will support the Health Visiting Team to provide a service based on the Healthy Child Wales Programme as indicated by Welsh Government. They will support the health visitors by carrying out delegated work and providing parenting support to families, whilst contributing to the delivery and organisation of the public health programme.
Main duties of the job
Based within the community setting the Community Staff Nurse will be responsible for assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care offered to families under the supervision of the Delegated Health Visitor. They will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing their own work load and delivering evidenced based practice to families, delivering the Healthy Child Wales Contacts.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
This post is fixed term/secondment until 01.02.26 to cover maternity leave.If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
