Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide accurate and prompt administration support to the Health Visitor Service based in Broughton Clinic.

Main duties of the job

By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical staff and other service users, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times. Previous customer service and secretarial experience is essential. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word and Excel.

The ability to prioritise your work and be highly organised is paramount to this post, as is excellent interpersonal skills.If you feel you have the above skills to offer, we very much look forward to hearing from you.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
