THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 7 MONTHS TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE

To provide day to day care for service users under supervision of a Clinician which adheres to best practice, standards and guidelines, and contributes towards the service users care and treatment.
- Work in partnership with service users, other members of the MDT staff as appropriate, to achieve the optimum health outcome for clients
- To be part of the MDT in providing a high and consistent level of holistic care, maintaining the dignity and equality of the individual. This includes direct care.
Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for someone caring and enthusiastic to work full time as a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker within the Denbighshire Community Mental Health Team.Candidates must hold a positive attitude to the mental health care of the older persons client group and be able to ensure that individual's needs for privacy, respect, dignity and confidentiality are maintained at all times.The successful candidate will provide high standards of care and work as part of a well-established and supportive multidisciplinary team based at Community Mental Health Team in Denbighshire
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
