Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Acute Paediatric Department. Are you an organised and focused individual looking for a rewarding opportunity, then we have the perfect role for you?

The candidate will provide administrative support for the acute Paediatric Team. You will require excellent communication and organisation skills with a degree of flexibility, as this role will provide cover for our booking clerk, ward clerks, receptionist and also as required, assist with typing of clinic letters and other general office duties.

The vacancy is for 30 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Main duties of the job

To provide an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective service.

You will provide general day to day administrative support which may include typing, filing, tracking, retrieving notes and general office ad hoc duties.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
