Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Team Leader to join our Endoscopy team within Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital. The post holder will provide and deliver an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective booking service.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
Please note that this post will be linked in with our 7 day working rota, therefore you may be asked to come into work during a weekend.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work alongside the booking team, nursing staff, Doctors, the public, management and staff from internal and external sources, supporting other team members to deliver the targets and a patient focused booking service. The post holder will need to use initiative, working in sometimes complex situations to ensure patients are booked in line with local and national targets.
High levels of customer service and excellent communication / interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
You will have experience in an administrative role and preferably worked with the public and be competent in IT in the workplace. Attention to detail and accurate data capture is paramount.
The hours of work are 37.5 per week. This post is Welsh essential.
