We are recruiting to the Wellness, Work & Us Administrator's post and offering a secondment until 30/06/25. This is an exciting opportunity to join the WW&U team, based in the Wellness Centre in Bryn-y-Neuadd, Llanfairfechan and to experience being part of the team.
The Wellness, Work & Us Administrator will be a compassionate individual and have an interest in peoples' wellbeing, supporting the Staff Wellness, Work and Us Strategy across Mental Health and Learning Disability services.
Working as an integral member of the team, the key function of the post is to receive and welcome visitors to the department, sometimes as the first line of support, and to provide administrative support to the work of the team. This will include preparing papers and taking minutes of meetings, creating and collating activity reports and contributing to analysing and understanding themes. The role includes ensuring that the Wellness Centre is welcoming and suitably equipped for staff who use it, as well as overseeing induction, bookings and usage of the Staff Wellness Gym.
The administrator will be proficient in using all aspects of Microsoft office applications.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide administrative support across all service areas of the healthcare service in MHLD Division.
This will require the post holder to manage diaries resolving conflicting diary appointments, organise meetings, prepare meeting papers and take minutes of meetings.
The postholder will source and provide information when required, to include report collation and analysis in line with local and national reporting mechanisms for the different service areas,.
Working as part of the team the postholder will be the first point of contact for the team; this may extend to other internal and external stakeholders. The postholder will also receive and welcome visitors to the department.
The post will be based in the Staff Wellness Centre in Bryn-y-Neuadd, Llanfairfechan. Suitable to be considered for flexible working, part time hours and/or a job share.
