Job summary
We are looking for a Quality, Safety & Performance Support Officer to provide support in the following areas:
Collation of information and production of reports to feed into Health Board and partnership governance structures.
Ensure data quality within Offender Health clinical system (SystmOne), proposing solutions where issues are identified and maintaining reporting systems to support the needs of the Team.
Deliver training in clinical system (SystmOne)
Developing effective communication processes to ensure that residents of HMP Berwyn and Health and Wellbeing team are informed of Health and Wellbeing service provision and developments.
Identifying and collating evidence to support inspections and audits of the Health and Wellbeing Service.
Provide administrative co-ordination and support to serious incident review meetings.
Main duties of the job
You will be qualified at NVQ L3 in a job related field and be a SystmOne accredited trainer or have significant experience as a SystmOne super user.
We are also looking for someone who has experience of delivering training in IT systems to a wide range of audiences and experience of using and extracting data from clinical information systems.
