Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist in the new state of the art, Health & Well-Being Centre based in the heart of Flint.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will act as the first point of contact for the Health Board and be responsible for assisting patients visiting the site, as well as colleagues and GP surgeries based within the Health Centre
The post holder must have a helpful and pleasant manner with an enthusiasm to do their upmost in achieving a patient's expectations and requirements, making their clinical journey run as smooth as possible.
A flexible approach to this post is essential, as well as superb communications and ample computer skills. The post holder may at times be required to work within different departments/sites to meet the demands of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post
