Job summary
We are offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring medical trainees to undertake an innovative post, designed primarily with education and training as the focus. It would ideally be suited to CMTs who have passed the written part of their membership exam, who are looking to build on their clinical experience and practical experience in preparation for passing their PACES examination and becoming a StR in a medical speciality. It would also be suitable for CMTs at other stages of their training who are undertaking the written exam, or who have achieved membership and wish to gain additional experience prior to applying for a StR post. This is a CT post like no other in that in each 6 month attachment there will be a full month dedicated to out-patient speciality based learning, and development of procedural capabilities.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
