Domestic Assistant

Job summary

This post is Fixed term/Secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service.

Applications are invited for the post of Domestic Assistant working at Ysbyty Gwynedd. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months (working 5 days per week following a rota pattern of early 07:30-15:30 and late 11:00-19:00 shifts, to include some weekends and Bank Holidays). Responsible for carrying out cleaning and other related duties within wards, departments, public and staff areas and residential accommodation.

There will be 4-6 week induction period with on the job training which will include operational cleaning procedures, Health and safety, COSHH.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
