Job Summary/Job Purpose:Under the Supervision of the Education and Training Led / Qualified Dental Nurse acting as a mentor:-

We gave 3 vacancies. 1 East, 1 Central and 1 West.

To support the work of the dental team by providing dental nursing skills

Clinical administration including General Dental Service paperwork

To facilitate a high standard of patient care to all users of the service

Main duties of the job

Are you looking for a new inspiration and a fresh challenge working within BCUHB providing a variety of dental treatment

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Trainee Dental Nurse to join our dental team who can relate to all age groups and who will be able to assist the clinicians with a full range of CDS dental procedures. The role includes Community Dental Service paperwork, cash handling and banking. Experience of patients with special needs is desirable but not essential

As a Trainee Dental Nurse you will be based at 1 of 3 sites, 1 East, 1 Central and 1 West. The successful candidate may be asked to provide dental nursing support in satellite clinics, mobile units, and hospital venues and on a domiciliary basis.

The ability to travel between sites in a timely manner is essential.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
