We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic healthcare support worker to join our team on Gladstone Ward on a fixed term contract.
Our patients are supported by a highly knowledgeable team of doctors, ward nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and pharmacists.
Gladstone Ward support each other and always goes above and beyond for our patients. We are a friendly and approachable team who treat every patient the way we want to be treated, ensuring safety, confidentiality, dignity and privacy at all times
Teamwork is our priority, giving priority to providing evidence-based, holistic and individual care to our patients and their families.
Main duties of the job
Assist the registered nurse/practitioner to deliver a high standard of holistic patient care, ensuring that the patients` dignity and equality is maintained at all times. Our staff are encouraged to continue to develop and progress to their full potential.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
