Job summary
THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR 18 MONTHS DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.

Working as part of the ICT Team, the post holder will provide business support to the Assistant ICT Business Manager and lead in the management of mobile phone contract and the coordination, ordering and issue of mobile phones, smart phone devices and Wi-Fi data units for BCU including contracts, audits, project support.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for developing policies and protocols for their own area of work and for the wider ICT service. They will work closely with stakeholders and members of the ICT Team to provide seamless business support.
The post holder will lead by example providing a professional, positive customer focused ethos, and will strive to deliver high quality outcomes by providing positive motivation to staff. They will be required to perform all duties with strict adherence to confidentiality, recognising the sensitive nature of issues and topics.
Provide expert knowledge and skills to ensure that the management of the mobile phone contract is owned throughout the service and provide specialist advice to ICT on the standards required to support the delivery in both this and within the ICT Business Support Team.
