Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board are looking to recruit to their administrative Temporary Staffing Bank. Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management. You will receive full training.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to support ongoing projects and daily operations. Your enthusiasm and willingness to help will contribute to a positive team dynamic.
- Learning and Development:Take advantage of the training and support provided to develop new skills and grow within the role.
Qualifications:
- No Experience Required: This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is necessary. We provide full training.
- Enthusiasm and Willingness to Learn:A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a career in administration and clerical work.
- Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills are important.
Main duties of the job
High levels of customer service and excellent communication/interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to use your own initiative to solve problems as they arise.
The post holder will possess excellent time management skills, be well organised and have the ability to prioritise workload demands to meet deadlines, whilst producing work to the highest standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
