As well as expert knowledge of Antivirus, Malware, SIEM, Firewall, IPS, Patch Management, the successful candidate will require a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Cyber Security. The postholder will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and improving security within the Health Board's ICT infrastructure, ensuring appropriate and proportionate controls are in place in line with industry best practice whilst not impeding the critical work of the organisation.

A working knowledge of the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018 experience in the implementation and ongoing support of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) such as ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+ would be advantageous.
