Job summary
We're looking for a Co-ordinator to support the Primary & Community Care Academy team in the delivery of its Business plan. This exciting role will include administration duties such as coordinating meetings, occasional minute taking, arranging training venues and attendee lists.
The Primary & Community Care Academy: Established in 2019 with the ambition to develop the multi-disciplinary model across north Wales. The Academy has recently had a large investment from the Heath Board to provide funding to sustain, expand and further develop the Academy.
Main duties of the job
The Role & Responsibilities: This exciting role is focused on leading the administrative functions of the Academy, responsibilities will include;
- Providing efficient, accurate and prompt administrative support
- Support Line manager with managing the Academy's Social Media pages
- Manage the Academy Inbox
- Establish and maintain the electronic diary & website booking system
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
