Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join us as a Theatres Secretary responsible for all administrative tasks within the Theatres Department at Ysbyty Gwynedd.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
To manage the administration office and provide high level, efficient, accurate and prompt secretarial support to the Theatre Manager, Theatre Team Leaders and Theatre staff within Theatres Department in Ysbyty Gwynedd. Support to include the planning and co-ordination of business schedules. Required to manage workload effectively, following delegated duties from the Theatre Manager and Team Leaders. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills, excellent judgement, diplomacy and tact are essential attributes for this post.
To communicate appropriately with organisations and individuals from outside the Health Board.
To Communicate with colleagues at all levels across the department and wider Health Board
