Job summary
The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide effective, high quality care , supporting the District Nurse Team, as part of the community resource team.
This post is fixed term/secondment for 9 months to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
A vacancy has arisen for a secondment for a full time band 6 District Nurse Caseload Holder working within the Dwyfor District Nursing Service.
it is desired that the Post holder must hold or be in working towards Community Specialist Practitioner qualification and be a Registered Nurse, applications will be considered from staff with band 5 community experience who are willing to act up as a band 6 for period of 9 Months
The post holder will work jointly with community nurses who are based within the Dwyfor
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
