Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen, for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Sexual Heath team in the Wrexham Maelor Hospital, as a Receptionist/ Clerical Officer. The role will also entail working one day per week in Mold Sexual Health Clinic and on an ad hoc basis at other clinical sites when the service requires.

Main duties of the job

You will be the first point of contact for patients on our appointments line and in our clinics. Therefore we are looking for an individual with excellent communications skills and the ability to deal with highly confidential patient information.

Our Receptionist/ Clerical Officer will be required to provide an efficient administration service to the Sexual Health team using an advanced level of organisational skills.

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
