An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new 8A Matron position at Wrexham Maelor Hospital in the Acute Surgical Directorate. This is an 8A post to cover the Acute Surgical areas / departments. The post also includes line management responsibility of the band 7s in these areas.
Main duties of the job
Are you an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nurse who is ready for a challenge The East Site Management team is seeking a highly self-motivated Senior Nurses, with a desire to promote and develop clinical excellence in clinical practice. You will need to demonstrate excellent inter-personnel and communication skills strive for change and enjoy a challenge.
