Job summary
The Sterile Services Department are looking to recruit a one Full Time Technician Porter Post
Flexible hours: To work between the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday/Sunday. There will be a requirement to work 2 or 3 late shifts, i.e. 1pm to 9pm. a week Please only apply if these hours are suitable and you are able to work weekends.
Main duties of the job
As part of a team you will undertake decontamination, processing and preparation of packs, theatre trays, instrumentation and sundry items. This post also includes assisting in stores control, sterilisation of all packs, basic testing of equipment and provision of a collection and delivery service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
